New Requirements
The Requirements for Construction & Demolition (C&D) projects in Oakland have changed.Projects subject to the requirements of the C&D recycling ordinance (affected projects) must now recycle 100% of all Asphalt & Concrete (A/C) materials and 65% of all other materials.
